ITakademi.no uses personal information to deliver courses, administer purchases and answer enquiries.

Information we process

We process account and contact details, orders, enrolment, learning progress, quiz results and course certificates. At checkout we record consent to immediate digital delivery, the UTC time, IP address and versions of the terms shown.

Payments and support

Payments are processed by the provider you select at checkout. We do not store complete payment card details. Contact-form enquiries are stored in the administration system and emailed to support. Please do not submit sensitive personal information.

Cookies

Essential cookies support login, shopping carts, security and language selection. Optional analytics and marketing services must obtain valid consent where required.

Retention and your rights

Information is retained as needed to provide the service, document purchases and meet legal obligations. You may request access, correction or deletion and contact us about your privacy rights. Order records may be subject to statutory retention.
